Hourly Services
The following services are provided for an hourly fee:
Caregiver Coaching: Are you providing support to your parents or a loved one? Do you need some tips for having those delicate conversations about their wishes as they age? Feeling overwhelmed? We can help you think through the next right steps and get you connected with resources in your area while providing the encouragement needed to keep your life in balance.
Care Consultations: Sometimes just getting a list of resources isn’t enough. We work with individuals who are thinking about next steps for themselves or their loved ones….before the crisis.
Corporations
We love helping you support your employees! Did you know that nearly one of every four adults are caring for an older adult in their lives? The additional stress and challenges of knowing how to help them can impact job performance and attendance.
We can help! Whether it’s providing educational presentations to equip your employees for this season of their lives, or providing a caregiver coach service to your Employee Assistance Program, we’d love to explore with you how we can help you best support the family caregivers at your company.

We believe in the value of planning to avoid unnecessary stress for ourselves and our families. If you’re looking for peace of mind, this is the package for you and includes the following:
60-minute consultation by a Certified Senior Advisor - virtual or in-person (locally);
A Comprehensive review of and assistance with completing the most important documents you need to protect your wishes as you age;
Help with organizing your information so that it’s accessible to those who need access in an emergency;
Tips & tools for communicating your wishes with your loved ones;
Practical tools for making your home “age-friendly” and/or deciding if, when, or where to move.
Packages
Age of Opportunity Coaching Package
Age of Opportunity is a comprehensive coaching program for those who want to ensure their retirement years are meaningful and purposeful. Retirement is a major life transition. We expect to be footloose and fancy-free, but it normal to feel a little lost, bored, uninspired, and isolated.
This program includes the following:
Up to 3 one-hour coaching sessions - virtual or in-person (locally)
Education that addresses the common changes that come with getting older to help you anticipate and plan for the future;
Key questions that will help you formulate a vision for your retirement years;
Resources and tools to help you carry out your vision for retirement;
A personalized plan for your retirement
